Had my first treatment today with Trevor. I was not really sure what to expect having an Osteopathy treatment. We talked first about how I was feeling and he asked questions and answered any questions I had to help with his treatment. It has only been a couple of hours and I already feel so much more movement in my upper body and my hip is no longer aching. Trevor is very knowledgeable and professional. I am looking forward to my next treatment.

My experience with an osteopath during pregnancy has been very positive. Trevor does amazing work and I could not be happier with the results. This being my fourth pregnancy I have felt more discomfort than any of my previous pregnancies. Specifically pelvic pain and lower back pain has been the biggest issue. I have been suffering some pelvic and hip pain for most of my adult life. I’ve been to numerous chiropractors, massage therapists, physical therapists, acupuncturists - you name it, I’ve tried it. Nothing seemed to offer any relief and I was beginning to think it was something I was just going to have to live with for the rest of my life even though my quality of life was suffering.

Within a few short sessions, Trevor’s work really started to pay off. He was the first person to try and get to the actual root of the issue, not just a band aid - come see me next week - fix.

I wasn’t actually sure why I was first going to see Trevor. I honestly didn’t know what an Osteopath was or did but my boyfriend had just seen him for a couple of sessions and raved about his experience so I thought I should give Trevor a try. I am so glad that I did. Trevor spent a good 20 minutes pre-session chatting about my history and as we spoke, I realized how much was actually wrong with me hah! Many lifetime concussions and sports injuries I only remembered once we started talking. After only two short sessions, Trevor was able to help open a blocked sinus and clear webbing off my rib cage so I could finally take a deep breath. Those were the tangible changes I physically felt. On an energetic level, Trevor is in a realm of his own. I certainly felt energetic shifts throughout my circulatory system during our time together. After one particular session, I could feel tingling in my quads, an indication to me that new blood was making its way into the lower part of my body. An unbelievable experience had I not felt it myself. Trevor is extremely professional, friendly and really knows his stuff. I felt safe and in such capable hands. I highly recommend Trevor to anyone looking for relief of physical and energetic pains.
